About the event

Vendor Information - SPOTS ARE LIMITED

  • Vendors must check-in at the GOC Tent outside the Charles Mack Center on June 23, 2024 between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.   Festival starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM. Note: The vendor areas will have overhead lighting to encourage shopping of those staying for the Live Music and evening festivities. Breakdown can begin at 7:30pm. 
  • This is a Rain or Shine Event. No Refunds or Rainchecks. 
  • Vendor Space is 10' x 10' on blacktop. Electricty is not available to vendors. 
  • Vendor supplies their own tables, chairs, displays, tent, etc.
  • Vendor is required to display under a tent and secure tent at the site.
  • All vendors will be directed to the vendor area, asked to unload and then park their cars in the designated parking area.
  • No pets allowed, except Service Animals. Vendors with Service Animals that prove to be untrained or dangerous to Festival-goers or volunteers will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
  • Restrooms with running water and Porta Potties will be available. 
  • Absolutely no Illegal, dangerous merchandise. Weapons or animals are not to be sold.
  • Any Licensed Merchandise absolutley must be authentic. No knock-off of copyrighted merchandise will be allowed. 
  • Food Sales are limited to registered and approved Food Trucks with verified Food Licenses. It is your responsibilty to contact the Iredell County Health Department to insure your inspection and license are current. Fees may apply.
  • Children are allowed and encouraged, but must be monitored by the Vendor or an Adult at all times.
  • Vendors needing multiple spaces must contact Carla "Magee" Loftis at events@gocmooresvillenc.com.
  • If vendors would like to make additional donations to the Guardians Of the Children please be sure to speak with a GOC member at the GOC Registration Tent. Charity donation tax forms will be available upon your request.
  • If you would like to donate a basket, gift care or merchandise for the Raffle, please contact  Carla "Magee" Loftis at events@gocmooresvillenc.com  .
  • There is no Wifi provided. The Venue has very good cell service. Previous vendors have reported no issues processing credit cards or making cell calls.

Event Time: 9:00am-3:00pm. Check in: 7:00-8:00am. Breakdown. 3:00-4:00pm. Streets re-open at 4:00pm. All vendors must be packed up and clear of the street by this time.

By participating as a vendor at the above-mentioned event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: As a vendor, you understand and acknowledge that your participation in the event may involve inherent risks. These risks may include but are not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation in this event.

Liability Waiver: You release and discharge Guardians Of the Children - Mooresville Chapter, its members, volunteers, the Charles Mack Center, and any event organizers from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that you may sustain during the event.

Insurance: It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect yourself and your property during your participation in the event. You are encouraged to carry liability insurance sufficient to cover any potential liabilities arising from your participation in the event.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as any event-specific rules and guidelines provided by the event organizers. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your removal from the event.

Vendor Space: The allocation of vendor spaces is at the discretion of the event organizers and the Charles Mack Center. Event organizers reserve the right to make changes to vendor spaces as necessary to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event.

Payment: All vendor donations and payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the vendor agreement between you and the event organizers. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in your removal from the event.

Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel your participation as a vendor, please reach out to GOC - Mooresville, NC. Any donations are non-refundable.

Photography and Publicity: By participating in the event, you grant permission to Guardians Of the Children - Mooresville Chapter, The Charles Mack Center, and event organizers to use photographs or video footage of your booth or exhibit for promotional and publicity purposes.

Governing Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina.

By participating as a vendor at the event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

You must acknowledge this Disclaimer during the registration process.
